Sheila realized her dream of opening affinity Salon for Hair and Body (aurvara Salon) on January 12, 2004. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in the industry. In that time she was an Aveda Educator for New England specializing in hair cutting and color. During her career with Aveda Educators she had the opportunity to assist many highly regarded stylists such as The Jacques D’Assange Team, Nick Arrojo, Oscar Bond and The Van Council Team as well as present for hair shows and platform work. Out of the love that Sheila feels for her profession and Aveda philosophy she was brought to this end which is really only the beginning!

Linda has been a Master Stylist at aurvara Salon since July of 2004. She stays on the cutting edge of her profession by attending advanced academies in NYC, Maryland, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Linda pays incredible attention to detail and has an amazing eye for color. She is certified in SoCap Hair Extensions and the BioIonic Hair Straightening System. She enthusiastically shares this knowledge with her clients and the aurvara team. In her spare time, Linda is a lover of the outdoors; you will frequently find her running, kayaking, hiking, skiing or biking. Linda is also a member of the NHCA

Stacy Nault

Stacy has been a stylist for seven years. After three years at aurvara, she moved to New York City to pursue her dreams at Aveda. While in New York, she completed her education with Aveda and now holds an Aveda Certified Color Educator title. She continues her ongoing education to be up-to-date with the latest trends by attending trainings throughout the country. Stacy enjoys creating different looks with color and sculpting trendy hairstyles. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys the outdoors by running, hiking, snowshoeing … and in the summer, even some water skiing!

It’s been three years since Kara first came to us from an Aveda salon in Massachusetts. She has been with Aveda since graduating from cosmetology school in 2006. Kara has received advanced education from the Aveda Academy and also from some of the industry’s most venerated experts. She’s trained in the Simply Smooth Color Lock treatment. When it comes to hair color, Kara has a great sense of balance and vision to create the perfect color that will complement your skin tones and enhance your hairstyle. She loves to show off the shine with her finishing touch! Kara’s goal is to help solve her clients’ challenging hair problems … that we all seem to encounter now and again.
Kara loves spending time with her family, traveling to new places … and just enjoying the outdoors, since we do live in New England!

Amber Moulton

Amber has always loved working with hair, starting as a child with her Barbie doll, and continuing through the cosmetology program at her local Vocational High School. She completed her education at Michael’s School of Hair Design in Bedford, NH. Amber has been a part of the aurvara team for over a year, and continues to attend advanced education in cutting, color placement techniques, and even Kera Smooth Keratin Straightening system. Amber loves being in the fashion industry … to see the smile on her clients face after she completes their makeover, or making the slightest change by tweaking their hair color with a foil or two … to see their smiles as they walk out of the salon is very motivating and rewarding. That’s why Amber LOVES what she does at aurvara!

Sheila has been in the industry as an Esthetician for over six years. After completing her education from the Blaine School of Esthetics, in MA, she was asked to join their education team. She was an instructor of basic Esthetics for one year. Looking for more variety, Sheila left teaching and worked at an AVEDA Salon in MA. She joined the aurvara team in March of 2008. Sheila specializes in eyebrow sculpting, facials, body treatments, and eyelash extensions. Sheila has an amazing eye for make-up, whether you are looking for day or evening wear.

Donna has been a nail technician at aurvara for almost three years. She specializes in manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. She enjoys making her guests feel special, and loves the team of people working at aurvara. Her career focus is educating her guests to the advantages of the specific services she offers. Donna relaxes by working out at the gym, working at her house and hanging out with her kids and grandson.

Cheryl is the latest addition to the aurvara team. She provides a range of massage therapies; deep tissue, Swedish, sports and hot stone massage. Her career focus is to help guests obtain and maintain their health and beauty. Cheryl appreciates the community service that is a vital part of aurvara’s culture. She feels that taking time to know her guests and working as a team contributes to aurvara’s unique and relaxed culture. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, watching football and has an interest in playing with radio controlled trucks.

Nicole Wallace

Nicole Wallace has worked at aurvara for three years. She enjoys greeting and meeting the guests, and makes herself available to answer questions … and schedules appointments for the salon. Her love for meeting new people and seeing their transformations is one of the reasons she joined the aurvara team. Nicole believes that working at aurvara, where she’s given the opportunity to learn and experience new things meets her professional values and standards. aurvara provides that environment.
What makes aurvara unique, according to Nicole, is the warm and friendly atmosphere. She says “when you walk into aurvara salon, you’re not just walking into a business; you’re walking into our family.” Nicole enjoys spending time with her family when she’s not at aurvara salon.
